Do you have classes?
Yes! Currently we run Drop-In Clinic (Beginner’s class but up to inter can join), Inter-Adv Tricks, Slink + Flow (Choreo), Pole FIT, Chains Intensive.
Can I free-train while there are classes?
Yes - we keep the pole behind the curtain free during all classes so that you can free-train. Please note during classes the studio will be a bit noisy than normal but you have that entire end section of the studio to yourself so can train and film easily.
It’s my first time doing pole! What should I wear?
Whatever you are comfortable in! Ideally stretchy shorts and a vest top/sports bra/ t-shirt but you can also wear leggings or go straight for a bikini!!
I’m a teacher, can I train a student at your space?
Of course! You can either hire the whole studio or just work from 1-2 poles during the normal free-train hours. However you must contact us first as you will pay a slightly increased rate for using the space commercially <3
What is free-training?
Free-training or solo-training is self-initiated practise. The studio was created after the founder Isabel, wanted a place to get back into pole without the pressure or taking classes. She needed a space just to move in and find her flow again without feeling the need to keep up with other people. It’s also great for people who prefer to take online courses rather than in-person lessons.
Where is it and how do I enter?
The studio is situated in a private courtyard just off Travessa da Pereira, Graça, Lisbon. The location is perfect as it’s super quiet and secure so you will feel safe at any time of day or night as well as being close to the tram, bus stop and a short walk from the train station.
We send you a key code to use (just enter it to the right of the door) and lock again when you leave. We have CCTV on the door and a porteiro (door man).
If you see them upon entering just say that you are using the dance studio.
Entry is only permitted for registered guests who have signed the liability waiver. If you need to bring someone with you, please contact us in advance for approval. Unregistered visitors without prior notice will be considered trespassers.
