Foundations I

Complete beginners

New to pole? This is where your journey begins. Foundations I is designed for complete beginners and anyone looking to build confidence in the fundamentals. Together we'll explore the basics of pole technique while discovering how your body likes to move. You'll learn foundational spins, transitions, and holds at a comfortable pace, with plenty of individual guidance along the way. More than just learning tricks, this class is about developing body awareness, building strength, and finding movement that feels natural to you. No experience is needed—just come as you are.

Foundations II

Improvers

Ready for the next step? Foundations II is perfect for those who have attended several Foundations I classes or already have a solid understanding of beginner pole. We'll continue building your strength, technique, and confidence while introducing more challenging combinations, transitions, and movement vocabulary. Expect to refine your foundations, explore longer sequences, and develop greater fluidity both on and around the pole. If it's your very first class, we'd recommend starting with Foundations I. Not sure which class is right for you? Just send us a message—we're always happy to help.

Slinky Flow

Every Monday at 7pm

Confident beginners and above

Slinky Flow is your invitation to slow down, connect with yourself, and discover your own style through movement. Blending floorwork, pole choreography, and creative sequences, this class encourages you to move with intention rather than perfection. You'll explore musicality, transitions, and expression while building confidence in your own unique flow. Whether you dance barefoot or in heels, every class offers space to play, explore, and make the movement your own.

Spin Choreo I

Every Tuesday at 7pm

Confident beginners and above

Discover the beauty of spin pole. Spin Choreo I focuses on the techniques that make spin feel effortless—working with the pole's momentum, finding smooth transitions, and creating movement that feels soft, controlled, and intentional. Each class combines technique with choreography, helping you build confidence on spin while learning to flow naturally between shapes.

Spin Choreo II

Comfortable with inverts on spin

Take your spin movement even further. Spin Choreo II builds on the foundations of Spin I, introducing more complex choreography, longer combinations, and dynamic transitions. We'll continue refining technique while exploring musicality, endurance, and creative expression on spinning pole. Designed for students who are comfortable with inverts on spin and ready to challenge themselves in a supportive environment.

Low Flow

Confident beginners and above

Stay grounded while discovering just how much movement is possible. Low Flow explores fluid choreography close to the floor, combining basework, floorwork, and low pole transitions into seamless movement sequences. You'll focus on control, musicality, and expression while building confidence in the details that make every movement feel intentional. Barefoot or heels are both welcome.

Aerial Chains Intensive

Every Sunday at 1pm

All levels · max 3 students

Experience movement from a different perspective. This small-group intensive (maximum three students) offers plenty of individual guidance, making it the perfect opportunity to explore aerial chains at your own pace—whether you're completely new or already have experience. We'll begin with foundational shapes and transitions before developing creative sequences in the air, with a focus on strength, fluidity, musicality, and confidence. Because of the small class size, you'll receive personalised coaching throughout the session, allowing you to progress safely while uncovering new possibilities in your aerial practice.

Priced slightly higher to reflect the intensive format and individual attention provided.
