Slink was born from a simple dream — to have a space where movement could feel free again.
Founder Isabel created the studio after years of craving time to train on her own terms — without rigid structures, rushed routines, or the pressure to perform.
She wanted a space that celebrated artistry as much as strength, where people could explore their practice, find their own rhythm, and move for the love of it.
Slink began as a free-train studio, a place for dancers, movers, and creatives to practise at their own pace.
It has since grown into a small but vibrant community — one that values curiosity, connection, and expression.
Our classes are designed to inspire, not exhaust. You’ll find guidance, support, and space to discover how your body wants to move — whether you’re brand new to pole or deep in your practice.
At Slink, training is more than exercise. It’s art, discipline, and self-discovery — sometimes all at once.
